One of the few places that pay attention to customers' intolerances, in fact I am celiac and lactose intolerant, here I can find the best gluten-free pizza with lactose-free mozzarella I have ever eaten, not the usual frozen bases you find around, here the dough is made by them and they are AIC certified. Cozy place, friendly staff, delicious food. They also have a part of the menu for celiacs. Located in the Scardovari area, very nice also for families. Ideal for a trip out of town even by motorbike.
Very welcoming place, very young, but thoughtful and kind staff, always with a smile. We've been going there practically every week for over a month because they also make gluten-free pizza. At the moment they are not AIC certified, but they are working on it, however they have two separate kitchens and know well what contamination is. Absolutely recommended for a celiac. The Ortosana pizza is excellent, especially when they cut the vegetables into fillets. Thank you for your commitment to us celiacs too, keep it up.
The small isolation is highly and totally made up for by FOOD, SERVICE, ENVIRONMENT and opportunities for celiacs should not be overlooked. Highly recommended
