Spectacular place to eat, excellent service and food. My daughter is celiac, and there are plenty of gluten-free options. They take great care of it. I highly recommend it. 馃挴
Right in the heart of Laredo, in the old town. Attentive and friendly, although a bit slow. Gluten-free options are excellent. You can nibble on different dishes. Recommended: Cantabrian cheese tasting, escalivada (a typical roasted vegetable stew), crispy chicken tenderloin, squid, and scallops. And the bottle of natural cider.
Turns out there wasn't a lot on the menu that was gluten free and one gluten free thing they made was too salty to eat.
I loved the sangria and my husband was happy with his boneless pig
I recommend the restaurant, the staff was very attentive and willing throughout the night.
They have gluten free options. I am celiac and at all times they told me what I could eat and what I couldn't, and they even adapted some of the portions so that I could eat them. If you notify in advance, they may even have gluten-free bread available.
Regarding the food, we ordered the menu for two, which is very complete and, as the waiter commented, it is very good in relation to "quantity-quality-price." Of course, be careful with the shrimp that entertain :)
Recommendable!!!
We went as a family my daughter 11 and son 15. My son is Coeliac so has to have a strict Gluten Free diet. Despite the language barrier the menu was well marked with Gluten Free options and the staff were helpful. My son had an amazing hamburger with a Gluten Free bun and tortilla crisps on the side. The sandwiches (club style) were also very good. Thank you.
