Highly recommended restaurant, close to the center and with a menu for celiacs. The ham and chicken croquettes are very good, the migas and the lamb chops with vegetables are very good. We will be back.

We were having the menu of the day for 14.00 euros which includes a starter, a main course, dessert, bread and a drink. There are several options to choose from and there is always something suitable for vegetarians or celiacs. The atmosphere was very good, practically full, so it is advisable to go with a reservation in advance. The service was very good, we didn't have to wait long for them to serve us. A spectacular detail was that they gave me gluten-free bread at no additional cost (something that does not happen in many restaurants). The quantities for me were generous because I stayed well without bursting. I had a sautéed vegetable and a pork chop, all suitable for celiacs and delicious. The bar is located a few meters from the Dávalos municipal library and the Guadalajara City Hall, so its location is unbeatable.

I was looking for an Italian restaurant that could have gluten-free dishes since I have celiac disease although my partner is not, and by chance I came across this restaurant and they have gluten-free dishes and pasta, they put a lot of care into ensuring that there is no cross contamination or Cross contact, whatever we want to call it, the dishes are incredibly good, the treatment of the staff and the attention to the customer is incredible, and I loved the atmosphere as it is decorated, it is like getting into a Godfather movie in the most authentic SICILY, a A little piece of this Italian island brought to this restaurant, we will definitely repeat it when we return and of course I will recommend it to all my friends.
CC. Ferial Plaza, Av. de Eduardo Guitián, 13-19, Guadalajara, Spain
It is located on the upper floor of the Ferial Plaza shopping center in Guadalajara, it has quite a few tables so it is easy to find a seat (perhaps on weekends it is a little more complicated because the CC is busier). The waiters' attention was very good, we didn't have to wait long. Positive points are that there is a menu with information on allergens and they have some options suitable for celiacs (gluten-free) such as a couple of pizzas, some starters such as salad or grilled vegetables and also some dessert. We ordered a pizza, vegetables with provolone cheese and a tiramisu. All gluten-free and the truth is that everything was delicious. You can also ask for a jug of water, which is served to you free of charge. The prices are the usual ones, they are not super cheap, but the quantities are generous.
C. Alfonso López de Haro, 4, Guadalajara, Spain
It is, without a doubt, one of my favorite restaurants in Guadalajara (if not the favorite), both for having a drink/snacking casually and for sitting down and treating yourself to a delicacy. The service is always excellent, very friendly waiters, who always look out for the customer and provide excellent service. In addition to always giving good advice with food choices. I particularly like Ángel and Lucas a lot. In general, there is always a very good atmosphere. The food is delicious, both starters and mains. My favorite dishes are the leeks, the salad and the lazy tortilla. It is always a pleasure to return. Being celiac, they adapt practically all the dishes and have gluten-free bread
