Another visit to Lichfield turned out to be a very pleasant evening. Friendly as always, the staff quickly delivered our drinks and then tasty food. My husband and I are gluten intolerant and we really like the care we are treated with during our visits. Starting from the entrance there is a question about allergies. Thank you for your concern and another wonderful evening.

Honestly have been eating food from these guys for years! Never had anything bad to say - it's always so fresh and delicious, and I think it's excellent value for money. Everything is also gluten free (with zero compromise on texture or taste), which is a bonus for anyone with intolerances or ceoliac disease...you can eat absolutely everything off the menu, and I highly recommend that you do!

We love coming to the School House, the food is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are just so helpful. I asked for a gluten free sweet which made them realise I needed gluten free gravy on my main course. This never occurred to me, I was delighted. This time we were upstairs because they were busy. It was such a lovely room to dine in.

I recently visited Toluca Lichfield with a group of friends and have to say, I was very impressed with this little place. I'm the only one from the group with dietary requirements due to having coeliac disease and being vegetarian. The menu had lots of gluten free options, many of which were vegetarian too. The staff were very helpful when ringing up prior to booking to explain their processes. The lady on the phone told my partner that they pride themselves on being inclusive to dietary needs, so we felt confident in going ahead and booking. Upon visiting, our server was very helpful with taking my order and explaining what was available for me. The portions were a good size and the food was lovely and flavoursome. My food came out with a little gluten free flag too so I feel the best care was taken when preparing my meal. Really enjoyed my food and felt safe as a coeliac here. Would visit again for sure and habe recommended to friends and my local coeliac group.
