They could learn a thing or two from the chippy at Newhaven Harbour The Fishmarket in Edinburgh. The girl did not even say hi back, she had a stinking attitude. The Fish supper portion was small, soggy and the chips were soggy too! not crispy at all. Personally I have had better chippies and certainly better service.
Also the girl said the chicken gouging were halal and gluten free? Can you confirm this?
Food was generally very good apart from the gluten free bread which seemed very poor and cheap. The most annoying thing was that we were refused a 125ml glass of wine and told the smallest we could get was 175ml. We have since been told that licensed establishments are legally obliged to provide this. Not sure we'll be back.
In my opinion they have the best authentic Italian Margarita pizza in Glasgow so far. I have tried many pizza from traditional Italian takeaways & restaraunts. I even ate the crust. Friendly family run business. I will be trying their pasta next. They do have gluten free options also. Mostly takeaway. Only 3 chairs for sit in.
