Very friendly staff. The location was nice and central. Lovely choice of tea and coffee. The bed was super comfy and sheets clean. The room could have been cleaner, as could the stairway up to the rooms. The bedroom window was impossible to keep open, so j wedged the bin under it. No guard on the windows to stop children falling out. I was also really hungry and sad no gluten free options were offered in the restaurant. Otherwise, I would have eaten there as well as stay upstairs.
I'd recommend it as a place to rest your head, as the bed made up for any negatives, as did the lovely staff. It was very pricy, but accommodation was hard to find, so I was grateful to be able to stay.

On a cold rainy Monday in Conwy it was lovely to find this cafe, the service was great, the drinks arrived quickly, and when the food arrived we were impressed with the presentation, and it tasted as good as it looked.
