So disappointed. 4 of us were there. I ordered a gluten free pizza. I even told our server I couldn't have the bread they serve at the beginning because I'm gluten free. Everyone's meals came out and mine was a regular pizza. He was apologetic but I'm just glad I could feel the difference. The other 3 were almost finished when my pizza came out. So you think they offered me a discount, a dessert, a drink? No. I have been to much better places that immediately offer something. We were all shocked at how they responded. I had never been there before so I didn't have anything to compare it with. I didn't enjoy eating while everyone else was done.

Update again: tried it once more. This time I was met by a young gal named Macy. I can't even begin to tell you how simply amazing her level of kindness was. She smiled, asked how our day was, and chatted while prepping the pizza. She probably has no idea that she changed my whole night around. Update: last couple times Customer Service has gone down hill. Wondering if there is new management or lack there of. Today I was met with attitude and irritation from an employee (picture below. not the gal at the register but the other one in the background). She really shouldn't be working with customers. Love that they have gluten-free options and they change gloves. However if you are very sensitive then this isn't the place for you since it's filled with flour everywhere. Food is okay. It's hit or miss on how it's cooked but it's super thin so be prepared for that. Hopefully they work with the employees to provide a more friendly environment to customers.
