Seriously good pizza. We had the two veggie pizzas, and with gluten free crust! Usually this is not the greatest pizza combo but man they did a good job. I can only imagine the “normal” pizza. Nice and clean. Very friendly staff.

So one of the things I love about The Riv is the atmosphere. You literally feel like you stepped back in time. “Karens” would call this “dated” but I find it extremely charming. Menu is limited but everything we’ve ordered is very good. They had no problem chartering to my gluten free dietary restriction. This place has some of THE BEST LIVE MUSIC in Lake and Mendocino counties. The drinks are stiff and well priced. Great dance floor!! This place feels like home.

I’m visiting from out of town and was brought here by a local. Nothing. But. Good. Things. To. Say. The kitchen manger made our food. Really nice human. I’m gluten free and he literally didn’t blink when I asked him for a lettuce wrap…. Despite the fact that there’s nothing “gluten free” on the menu. Server/ bartender was super nice even tho we were the only non locals the second night… yep. I visited two nights in a row. If you’re from out of town, just go. Worth it.
