I LOVE Goat Hill Pizza. Delicious crust, fabulous specials, welcoming atmosphere, family friendly, and dietary restriction sensitive: they have it all! With pizza good enough that even a New Yorker can love it, this is a wonderful hidden gem for West Coast pizza lovers. They even have a hand-made gluten-free crust made in-house! Vegan? No problem! I've only found one other place in San Francisco that does a better New York style pizza, but they aren't as family friendly or dietary restriction sensitive. As if all that weren't enough, it sits at a corner of the hill with an amazing view of the entirety of downtown! I will be making this a regular visit for all my friends and family that visit San Francisco.
Hazel's Kitchen has some of the best sandwiches around.đ„° We have been coming here for years (late 90's), never disappointed!! Will cross a bridge when craving a good deli sandwich.
I don't stray too far from a personal favorite, "build your own," sliced dark rye, turkey, regular mayo, yellow mustard, lettuce, tomato, avocado and pickle. Huge sandwich, saved the other half for laterđ„Șđ«.
Prices are incredibly reasonable, staff is super friendly, always nice and fast!!! Best Portrero Hill location for walking around and hanging out.

Perfect place to enjoy Mother's Day dinner. It was busy and too breezy to sit outside so our party of three sat in the window bar. Wait staff was very attentive and we all enjoyed our meals. The gluten-free buckwheatcrepes were very good as was the salmon.
If youâre looking for a superb Halal restaurant this is your one stop shop for breakfast/brunch. The food was so incredible and the restaurant was friendly to Halal and Celiac options! The staff was extremely friendly and not only do they have a QR Code menu but you also get to order straight from your phone- so theyâre very covid cautious. Highly recommend for brunch whenever youâre in San Fran.
