I found the burgers to be just OK in terms of flavor and much thinner than expected for the price. Great fries. Nice beach vibe and fun with friends, but much better burgers are available for much less money. Our bill for 10 people without alcohol or appetizers was $235 (ouch!).

My avocado toast wasn’t toasted at all & didn’t have much avocado. It’s hard to eat thick bread that isn’t toasted so it really wasn’t enjoyable. They do get bonus points for having Gluten Free bread tho.
Hashbrowns were so plain, dry & no flavor. I paid for 2 sides of “extra eggs” & had no idea they were going to be vegan “eggs.” I ordered from uber eats & nowhere on their page did it say that it was a vegan spot. I am vegetarian & dairy-free & would have ordered different items if I knew that, since I thought they were using real meats & cheeses. But apparently it’s all vegan, which is awesome. But the quality seems to be lacking here.
I will give it another try in-person soon & will update this if it’s better next time.

So glad we found Uncle Tony’s! We are in town for a conference and found reviews about the good gluten free options. Uncle Tony’s did not disappoint! The food was incredible! I actually really like the food here but they don't have many gluten free options so it's pretty much huevos rancheros or chiliquies every time. We usually sit outside and that's fine, but the service is pretty terrible, there seems to be one poor gal carrying all the weight and a few male waiters meandering throughout the restaurant looking busy doing nothing, lol, although recently we had an excellent young male waiter and I was very proud of him and tipped him well 🤣. We found this adorable coffee shop while staying in Vista. We arrived just before closing and they took great care of our large group. I went here with my family yesterday. Most it’s their first time trying pho. I always look for good pho places my allergies are wheat gluten dairy soy I got the short rib PHO which was perfect. The spring rolls chicken and beef went really fast I was stuffed so didn’t have any. Then the filet mignon PHO which is their most popular dish was ordered by most also because a table nearby said so.
