Emma, Brandon, Sergio, Trey, and Camelia gave great service and gluten free options of breaded chicken tenders, choice of GFree fries, and they even assisted us with fresh sweet tea after a pitcher became empty! The gluten free food choices were delicious!
Great place! The food is such a great price, and the staff was so friendly! They were very attentive to my gluten allergy- changed gloves and the manger (?) let me know that everything was GF except bread, Mac and cheese, and cobbler.
They cooked the salmon to perfection and accommodated my gluten sensitivity when preparing the cauliflower au gratin. The waitress even had the presence of mind to be aware that myself and my date couldn't have the bread. Excellent job.
We love this restaurant. Plenty of gluten free options, and a menu that could feed you a different meal for each day of the week!!! Always a pleasure. Best chips and salsa in town!!!
5/5 for super friendly and hardworking server who had multiple tables (Becca). Kiddo loved the gluten free pancakes and country potatoes. Price was reasonable. Clean restaurant. Convenient from interstate.
I haven’t been to an ihop in probably 10 or more years. I was impressed with the service, cleanliness, speed of service, and price.
The owner, Andreia of HotWorx, recommended Cafe Sundae after a workout and I am so glad she did! Donna came out and helped me find a gluten free option and I went with the Blackened Salmon Citrus Wrap... it was amazing! I also got to meet James when my food was ready. Both James and Donna made me feel so welcome, I will definitely be back!
I don’t write a ton of reviews but wanted to make sure I did for this place. My wife and I don’t get to go on dates a lot because we have three kids who play sports, but were able to sneak out last night for a bit. We chose City Cellar because my wife has some food allergies and their online menu appeared to have some options for her. From the moment we were sat until the moment we left, the customer service was incredible! Kaeley (I hope I spelled it correctly) was our server and made the night a blast for us! She went over the menu in detail, specifically the things my wife could have, let Chef Ernest (more on him in a minute) know about my wife’s food allergies so there was no cross contamination, and even selected my meal for me because I was indecisive so she gave me a mix of the two things I wanted lol. Seriously, the best server we’ve ever had! After Kaeley let Chef Ernest know about my wife’s food allergies, he came out to our table and went over the menu again with us and was even thinking through new creations he could make for her while we were there, which is what he did for our appetizer. He was so friendly, going above and beyond to make her feel comfortable about the menu. You could tell he genuinely cared about his customers and took pride in his craft! My wife ended up going with the Stir Fry which was gluten free, and I got the pork chop, mashed potatoes, vegetable medley and a side of grilled shrimp; all of which was PHENOMENAL! Between Kaeley and Ernest, we could not have had a better experience! They helped us have a wonderful night out, and also helped us find our new favorite restaurant!
Best Italian place by far! Always great service, hot yummy and fresh food, THEY EVEN HAVE GLUTEN FREE PASTA! We’ve been atleast 80 times maybe more and always have great food and service! Definitely the best place to eat in cartersville hands down! NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE ! Never ordered anything I didn’t like or anything that wasn’t tasteful! Food is flavorful and amazingly delicious!!! 😋 love this place so much! DEFINITELY GIVE IT A TRY - OH YEAH THE PORTIONS ARE UNBELIEVABLE!! You definitely get a bang for your buck
They are waaaay more than just a pizza place. I ordered the gluten free ravioli which was delicious - wish there had been more on the plate! Everyone else gobbled up the garlic rolls like the apocalypse was eminent. Cheeseburger pizza was enjoyed by my kids. Shrimp scampi was cooked to perfection. Lasagna would make Garfield drool. And don’t get me started on the cheesecakes!! Not made in house but worth it! My only suggestion was to get a gluten free pasta option so you can substitute for any meals. Forgot to take photos before eating! Not a great wine list but maybe if more people come for nice dinner they will get more bottles of wine.
I’ve never been to a worse establishment. Kailee was the rudest server I’ve ever had. I have a gluten allergy and got a mellow mushroom pizza instead of the cauliflower pizza at Johnny’s. I’d rather not eat than eat something so trash. Inclusion is a necessary part of the service industry and I refuse to be told I have to order the one gluten free option on the menu that is also the worst pizza known to existence. I’ve worked in the service industry and know that it’s absurd to limit paying customers to such barbaric restrictions. You only enforce rules like those if you are a stain to society.
Driving thru for my boyfriend work. I have celiacs disease & it’s difficult for me to find any good food really. Was sold to try it once I saw the gluten sensitive options. Split the ribs with my boyfriend & honestly all of it was delicious. Ribs were good without sauce but every thing was delicious. Shane’s ranch complimented the salad well. Regular & spicy BBQ sauce had a great flavor but not needed. Dog even enjoyed her plain hamburger. Thanks Shane’s rib shack staff for a great meal.
