I feel like this is a situation where if no one tells them, it'll never get fixed. That being said ... We had incredibly attentive service from start to finish. The food quality was sub par, particularly the gluten free options. I'm always glad when a restaurant has options and I'll give it a solid chance. Well I did just that...3 times. I've never ever once been served a dish that wasn't completely cold in the middle (once the gf chicken strips, twice the chicken parm). There's a good chance that their gluten Free options are frozen until someone orders them, And that's okay because I understand the shelf life is shorter.... But for it to be cold and completely lacking flavor three times that's no longer a mistake it's a teachable lesson to overcome. I love that they have gf croutons except this time they were not at all crunchy, just stale chewy bread chunks. Reiterating, had such great service. But For a $125 bill most would expect the quality to be higher. I do hope they see this review and do an overhaul. Please don't do away with GF options. Just revise the menu and training protocols. I will follow up abd hope 4th times a charm because I believe places can evolve and improve. Go back to the quality it was built upon.

I work nights and struggle to find yummy, healthy food, that’s open in the early AM (especially being gluten and dairy free!). Swung by after work this morning and they did not disappoint!!! The owner was so nice. I had the avocado sandwich with spinach. Its exactly what I was needing! I also had a lemon blueberry cookie, amazing!!! 5 stars across with board. Will definitely be adding the stop to my morning routine!! Can’t wait to try more of the menu. Thank you guys so much!

What took this from a 4 to a 5 star was the locals that bought me this drink and the own shaking my hand with true pride as I left the establishment. The girl on the phone when I ordered my to go, was nice enough. She could use a little more enthusiasm but meh, the second call (I couldn’t figure out what I wanted for me), she remembered me, offered to call me when it was done and helped me figure out what to order. I have celiacs and IBS and this limited my options on food and I get over whelmed at times. When I got my chicken breasts they were delicious. The sauce, BlackBerry BBQ was so good, the chicken was nicely cooked and tender! Just perfect. Also good fries and coleslaw! I sat at the bar top for a minute and the to-gostess brought it up to me! The bartender was a little sassy, but it’s clear she is good at her job based on the reactions I watched from many different types of people around her bar. The drink she made (secret recipe i was told), was similar to what I call a “Tank Bomb”, If you read this review to this point, show her the picture I posted and get yourself one, if she’s there. I saw the owner walking around, checking on people, being present with a genuine look of pride. When leaving I asked him if he was the manager and Ken said he owned it and I told him how much I enjoyed my short expierence before I even tried any food. Good service is getting hard to come by and pride is not what it once was, so I ask you to support this establishment that is locally owned!
