It's so hard to find a place to eat out when one has food allergies so imagine my surprise when Anna's popped up in my Google search for a gluten free breakfast. We first visited Anna's back in April for my son's birthday breakfast and I was utterly amazed at their gluten free and vegan options that were available. Say WHAT?! I actually had choices to choose from!! The chicken sausage tater tot casserole with vegan eggs was absolutely delicious!! The food and atmosphere was so memorable that I made an online order for pickup yesterday morning for my daughter's birthday breakfast and it was so easy to order and pickup was a breeze! Food is always filling and still as good as we remember! Highly recommend their fresh pressed fruit juices as well! My new favorite place to grab a bite to eat!
My favorite Blaze location! LOVE their gluten-free pizza!!! It's the best! Always friendly and fast! Clean bathrooms and restaurant. I've been going here for over 6 years and never disappointed! Sign up for their rewards program for free drinks and pizza. Best lemonade's, too!!! Highly recommend for the BEST PIZZA around! The build your own is awesome with super delicious and fresh choices! Love the late hours as well! Yum!

We stopped in for lunch while out running errands. We’d read good reviews on Google and Find Me Gluten Free. Condado lived up to the high ratings. The Lucy’s Fire and Braided & Confused tacos were amazing! We added the loaded tots to the meal which were also fantastic. Highly recommend this place! Our server, Bria, pleasantly greeted us upon entering the restaurant and was very helpful and attentive during our entire stay.
My gluten and dairy free coworkers have visited a few times and the drinks are always delicious (and worth the wait if there's a line). Only place I have found that makes dairy-free Vietnamese coffee. I plan to try some matcha drinks soon (coworkers have liked them).
Went on a Saturday to get some work done. Was able to find a table towards the back and they have good WiFi. Seating is limited so don't be surprised if there's no spot available cuz this place is going to be a favorite of mine.
**If you drive, only street parking or use of a city garage are available. There's also a step to enter from the sidewalk and I haven't seen a ramp for easy wheelchair access.

GET THE GLUTEN FREE CAULIFLOWER CRUST!!! The staff were very knowledgeable and even made suggestions on what other gluten free people, like myself, tried and loved. The cauliflower crust was amazing and my glutenized parter said he couldn’t tell the difference between this crust and a regular thin crust. I waited to write a review until the next day so I would know if I was contaminated or not. I came here to tell you that I feel great!!!
Great atmosphere for everyone, including families. There may be wait times as it seems to be a popular place. Very attentive and kind serving staff. I have coeliac disease so I picked this place for their large range of gluten free options. The server for our table went out to the kitchen and double checked on how food was prepared. Kitchen uses all fresh separate pans for allergy food to help prevent cross contamination. Very happy with the experience here and very thankful for the extra care the server and kitchen took for me. Would definitely recommend this place!
Pretty decent gluten free menu. My partner and I split the green godess garden salad and the chicken tikka masala. The Tikka was a much creamer version than typical, and absolutely delicious! I think there was cream in the sauce. Very good. The salad was also good, but if that were all I had, I probably would not have bothered writing a review.
I have to eat gluten free and was ecstatic about my favorite foods being available! I only tried the gf cheese bread this time and husband had the dill pickle pizza...all of it was DELISH! 🤌
The gluten free bun here is amazing! It holds its shape and is really soft. I honestly wouldn’t have known it was gluten free. The burgers and wings are delicious! The wings are crispy and perfectly lightly sauced. It’s bar food, but it was all fresh and not greasy. Our server wasn’t knowledgeable on gluten containing products on the menu and had to ask the back multiple things, so if you’re sensitive to gluten and wondering- the curly fries and wings are not coated in flour, and the cheese sauce also doesn’t contain gluten.
The portions have become smaller and 2 times I've ordered gluten-free orange chicken and gotten sick both times. Unfortunately, this place was great years ago, but started cutting corners
A friend and I were visiting from out of town and happened upon this place, and we were so glad we did! The service and atmosphere were amazing. Such a wonderful experience and the food was good too. The baba ghanoush was delicious and I really liked the cauliflower in the chicken biryani. Good vegetarian and gluten free options.
As someone with dietary restrictions, I can't believe I didn't come here sooner. Being able to get a gluten free crust with vegan toppings felt like Christmas. I was able to get a bunch of toppings plus a pesto drizzle and it's a flat price, so you don't pay for every individual topping.
I will say it's a little stressful for a first -time customer that doesn't know the flow or process/ordering.
Scott was amazing! I have celiac disease, along with many other allergies, and Scott was very helpful. Having celiac is new to me, and can be very difficult when going out to eat. He made sure to ask many of the other staff and kitchen members to make sure that I was able to eat safely. I have never had a server at any restaurant be that kind, so I am very impressed!
LOVE THIS PLACE! No matter if you're vegan, gluten free, or just a regular foodie, you'll LOVE this place. Their coffee is great, food is great, servers are always the nicest people, and the owner ensures everyone's happiness every time. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
I will be straight-up honest that I can't rate the food because I didn't try any (no dairy for me). However, I was with a large group of about 25 people. We only had one unfortunate waiter who drew the short straw that night and got stuck with us all. He rocked it out of the park, though! Our cups were always half full or full and the others in my group said their food was hot, fresh, and delicious. And, I mean, come on, Bilbo's may only be local but you must know that around here they are famous for their pizza, so you must try your favorite pizza pie combo flavors here for yourselves. Almost forgot to mention the many gluten-free options here, too! They have the most gluten free options than several pizza places around here. If pizza is not your thing, there are plenty of other options here to try. Like 20-ish appetizers!
The Stadium Drive location is easy to get to and usually has a decent amount of parking available. They have alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktail options that are tasty so if you're the DD, you can still have a mocktail. The one I had was really good. Tried a sip of the lavender one too. Not a fan of lavender at all, but this was not bad.
Gluten free food in Kalamazoo, we got a burger and the gluten free bread they gave us was actually good which was amazing. The server understood our need and she executed/ was very informative and even asked the kitchen for us about fries. Thanks Thunderbirds for a great experience:)
Joya our server is the best we come from an hour away but it worth the drive she’s so nice and fun to talk to. Service was spot on service was fast will be back soon.
Add Gluten free pancakes please
Despite growing crowds - and wait times - for their much-buzzed about breakfast, there's still more than meets the eye to this vine neighborhood gem after all these years. Equal parts brunch spot and weekend fourth meal mecca, Crow's Nest hums with energy at the end of the week, slinging sandwiches, pancakes, and eggs to less-than-sober diners throughout the night.
Their menu itself is as varied as the vibe throughout the day, offering well-executed American classics alongside a variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. House favorites include French toast - served in a number of guises ranging from plain to pecan sticky bun - as well as egg specialties, and house-baked quick breads. Try it all, you can hardly go wrong.
OH MYLANTA !!! If you all are ever in Kalamazoo.. instead of going to some chain place to eat.. you HAVE to go to The Grazing Table Kalamazoo!
The staff is amazing, friendly and their food is not cookie cutter type food!
Their avocado toast is amazing , aunt rose said their roasted Turkey club is THE BEST Turkey sandwich she’s ever had, the in house slaw is mind blowing .
The absolutely have gluten free options and their drinks menu is like nothing else you’ve seen (AND DELICIOUS) check out their yummy menu on their page .
RUN.. do not walk to this amazing find ! YESTERDAY!
Note below is just half an order of my avacado toast that I took with me!! FREAKING AMAZING !
Unfortunately, they are not careful with food allergies. My friend has celiac and ordered a gluten free entree. It even said GF on the container. It had gluten in it and made my friend very sick.
There’s plenty of parking. The restaurant has an ample seating capacity and a pleasant ambiance. The menu is large and diverse with gluten free and vegan choices. The roasted Brussels sprouts appetizer was tasty and crunchy. The cream of mushroom soup was good, but I had ordered the soup du jour. The bread was nothing special. The wine was passable but overpriced, and after having ordered Cabernet I was served Chardonnay. They took back the Chardonnay and served me the Cabernet but charged me for both. I had Rigatoni Bolognese which had a decent meat sauce but the pasta was unexceptional, could easily have been off the shelf. A nice busy restaurant, decent food, high volume kitchen, successful business, obviously run with a sharp pencil. We spent $42 per person, but you eat a meal for as little as $30 per person or easily spend as much as $120 or more per person.
One of the best little local burger places in Kalamazoo. They are able to accommodate vegan and gluten free diets and their fries are amazing. Definitely a place worth checking out. Though be advised there is almost no parking (they said to park by the fence at the car repair place across the street).
This is the best breakfast place in Kalamazoo. It is delicious and consistent and the best service. Also has incredible gluten free options like pancakes and toast.
After a horrible experience at another restaurant, my wife and I found ourselves wandering the streets of Kalamazoo on her birthday, no less, wondering how the night could have gone so wrong. Enter: Brick and Brine.
We called Brick and Brine on a busy Friday night, desperate for a table. Their hostesses were so accommodating—they found room for us, even though they were packed. From the moment we walked in, the experience was like night and day compared to where we had just been. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a beautiful duo playing live music that wasn’t too loud or too soft—just perfect for the setting.
Our server, Dan, was absolutely incredible. He was personable, attentive, and helped us customize our drink selections perfectly. But what really blew us away was the care he took with my wife’s food allergies. She has gluten, dairy, and shellfish allergies, which can make dining out pretty challenging. Dan not only made sure everything was safe for her, but he even found a gluten-free and dairy-free dessert (not on the menu!) to top off the night—with a candle to celebrate her birthday.
Thanks to Dan and the amazing team at Brick and Brine, what could have been a ruined birthday turned into a night we’ll never forget. The food? Phenomenal. The service? Top-tier. We spent SO much birthday money there that another restaurant could have had (Rustica, looking at you).
If you’re looking for a place that will not only deliver amazing food but will also take care of you like you’re family, Brick and Brine is it. They truly saved the day for us, and we can’t recommend them enough.
I hate to leave a tepid review for a Kalamazoo restaurant since it's not easy to survive in this city, however, we have not had the best experiences here. I have celiac disease, so oftentimes sushi is a good solution for me, but this restaurant does not have any allergy information on the menu. None of our servers were too concerned with helping me navigate the menu. In fact, after needing a few minutes to look at the menu, our most recent server returned and said "have you been able to make any decisions yet?" We were next to the only people in the restaurant, and closing time was not soon. You might want to train your servers to say something like "are there any questions I could answer or could I make a suggestion?" Also, the service was dreadfully slow. This experience is quite the opposite of traditional sushi where you might order a roll or two and then order another piece or two, because getting your food the first time takes at least an hour. On all three occasions eating at Maru, we were there for 2.5-3 hours... Waiting with dirty dishes, waiting for the check, etc. On all three occasions, no gluten-free tamari was delivered so I sat there waiting for quite a while while other people ate. I ordered a salad, and it was not delivered with the appetizers and I had to ask for it after my dinner was delivered. It was pretty diminutive for $8. Most recently, I ordered one glass of wine and was never offered another over the 3 hours we were there. Overall the food was okay, but the changes made to the rolls to make them gluten-free generally made them very bland, and in terms of a sushi restaurant, the amount of seafood in the dishes was quite small. My husband was searching for crab in the rangoon dip. I see a lot of your reviews say the same thing regarding service, and I think you probably need to bring in someone to do some training. Also, please let your hostesses know that you do in fact have car seat swings, my friend asked and your hostess said that no you didn't, but then we looked at them in the corner the whole time lol.
At first this place is hard to get to. It is part of a grocery store. The sign says "Market and Cafe". Once you go in you make two quick lefts. You can either take the stairs or the elevator. It is a smaller cafe but there is indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is only for parties of 2 because of the narrow patio. Everything was great at our visit. The food was delicious and high quality. The flavors were outstanding. My husband had the walleye and with corn and mushrooms. I never tasted a mushroom that good. I had a salad with chicken and that was delicious too. My husband also had the rhubarb cheesecake. He said it was the best cheesecake he ever had. Our waitress, Jeanie, who was excellent, said their chef makes it homemade from scratch. They also have items that are gluten free including dessert. The only thing that could be better was since the cafe is small their bathrooms are located in the grocery store below. The bathroom room was very clean and the market downstairs also has high quality and organic foods.
We ordered catering for our rehearsal dinner from Rykse's. The food was delicious and arrived on time! We had two small issues: we ordered 1 gluten free dessert and did not receive it, and Rykse's said they would coordinate with our venue to pick up the dishes later. The venue did not receive any communication from Rykse's prior to our event. I would use Rykse's again, I would just confirm small details again closer to the event.
So friendly, the waitress was on top of everything. The food is wonderful. They do gluten free pancakes and bread. This was my first visit but not my last.
My sister suggested we stop in because they have gluten free bread and are very good about allergies. My older sister also makes the regular bread they use so all of us were happy with the choice. I got the turkey with bacon sandwich and there's just something you can't beat about fresh veggies on a sandwich. My sister got the tuna sandwich which she had been eager to try for some time. While some of the tuna did escape the bread, it was still excellent! My other sister got the cranberry gobbler. She also mentioned that it had apple prices in it. We are outside at one of their tables. Had an excellent time.
Great breakfast , Great Gluten Free Pancakes , Great atmosphere, Great location (2 min off 94 ) Great waitress attitudes and service. Did i mention this place is Great? Thank for breakfast … follow my travels if you like on instagram at mylifemyterms55
Very disappointed in our experience- it was overpriced for the Easter Buffet meal we were served. Every 15 minutes we were reminded we only had our table until 1:30. Our reservation was for 12:30. At 1:20, we were being rushed out of the restaurant. The advertisement looks like mimosas were included, but they were extra. The food was not very good. We were sat at a both and had people with a disability yet two large tables sat empty and we were not able to switch tables. Those parties did not come in until we were leaving. My niece is gluten free and when she asked if there were any gluten free dessert options, she was told she would have to pay for a dessert. They couldn’t even offer her a scoop of ice cream? Very poor customer service all the way around and not accommodating at all. We couldn’t enjoy our meal with people having to get in and out of the booth and being pressured for time. I don’t think we will be back.
Love this place. This is my 2nd time coming here. Food is phenomenal. Great flavors and large portions. There is a cool hippie vibe among the staff, and they are so friendly and helpful. They are very attentive to dietary restrictions as I have celiac disease and they took the time to explain all of the gluten free options (almost everything can be made GF). They always have good music playing too. When we were about to leave, one of the ladies gave us a take home menu and circled all the gluten-free options on it. We live about 40 miles away and it is definitely worth the drive. We will be coming back soon.
Today was the third time I've eaten at the Culver's near me. First time was OK. Second time the chicken cashew salad was inedible. Today the chicken breast sandwich with a gluten-free bun was not good. The bun was super soggy, the chicken was tough and I did not get any of the condiments I asked for in the drive-through. I don't think I can go to this restaurant anymore
