Something I really liked - as a person with celiac disease - is that their gluten-free baked goods are in their own display case and covered with glass. Too many places don't do that. I didn't get anything because I wasn't certain about cross-contamination and they seemed busy, so I didn't want to interrupt the flow to ask. I feel like they would have been nice if I had though; they weren't so busy that they were annoyed and the service was very friendly. They also have ice cream from the Carmel Creamery in pints, and had a GF flavour! Nice setting, and the latte I ordered was made to perfection.

My son and I had an amazing culinary experience at The Turk! The food was incredible - we both had lamb, the ambience was beautiful - comfy sofas instead of booths & gorgeous light fixtures, and the service was outstanding. When I said I was gluten free, I was provided with all sorts of extras. The owner, Sinan - I’m sure I’m not spelling that correctly - played a sitar and sang for us and shared pictures of his beautiful children. This is truly a hidden gem. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop in. We’ll be back very soon!

Always busy when we’ve visited, but always get a table. Food was tasty and they offer gluten free bread items. Go once a year to eat here (over an hour drive) and always worth the wait!
