Allergen Friendly! We had a knowledgeable and friendly server who was able to assured us their staff could handle our family's dietary restrictions. They do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer but there were several gluten free options on the lunch menu. The dinner menu had more options though and we look forward to trying that out. Call ahead if you have multiple allergens but they are worth trying out if you have multiple allergens.
The food was amazing. I was undecided on what I wanted, and our waitress quickly suggested the shrimp and grits. It was fantastic. We had fish of the day and calamari. My girlfriend needs to be gluten free and she was definitely taken care of, including flourless chocolate cake. Our waitress (can’t recall her name but do remember she was originally from Poland) was absolutely amazing. We will come back to the Outer Banks to eat her again.
Due to a seafood allergy, we were looking for somewhere that had burgers. Burger burger totally fit the bill! Working around other food allergies, we were able to find many burger options (without buns for a gluten allergy) and fries. The fries are crinkle cut and shockingly seasoned with flake sea salt, while the burgers seem to be griddled and one of the best burgers we've had out and a very long time! Pop and tea are served with free refills, and it is a order at the counter and have your food brought out to you kind of place.
Staff is super kind.
We'll be back!
We were a group if 5. Everyone ordered something different including a gluten free option. All of the entrees were cooked to perfection and were delicious. The staff was knowledgeable and quick. We were extremely satisfied.
This place is great for the seafood lovers, and there's options for thr landlovers too. I was impressed with the gluten free options and all the food was fantastic.
Gluten Free Hype! Finally, a crust that doesn't taste like the box it arrived in! Fluffy, texture, and flavor, cauliflower based crust to drive the extra mile for.
I got the Signature specialty pizza with gf crust. Delish to say the least.
Crew got Triple Pepp, and Pesto pies. All raved.
A new island fave pizza shop to visit!
Food was mediocre. Fried items (hush puppies) were super greasy. Atmosphere decent. Unfortunately, we ordered and all of our food came out except for my wife's. They said it would be right out. Fifteen minute later, I had to ask another waitress to check on it. When her order finally came out, the apologized and said that cooking the fresh catch takes longer than the other orders. Then, my wife was gluten free. They added the wrong side, with gluten, to her order. They finally brought out her low country boil side she had ordered, but didn't have the sausage in it. Our waitress apologized, but never offered for us to speak with a manager. We had very little follow up until they brought the bill. The whole situation was very poorly managed. I can't even say that I saw a manager on the floor the entire time we were there. Very disappointed. We will not be back. I am okay with mistakes. They happen. Had a manager came over and apologized, would have made the whole experience different. I hate spending that much money for poor restaurant management.
