Ladies day out, and Cafe Arnone was fabulous! The owner super friendly, knowledgeable and patient as this was our first time. We did the gelato flight, totally worth it! You can tell it’s made with love! I had the spicy Sicilian (wow) the Tuscan chicken, pizza and gluten free egg sandwich, made up our table, with coffees, latte, teas were VERY happy and satisfied. Worth the trip. Clean restaurant, and restrooms.

Really, for a "fast food" chain, I've never come across a better restaurant. All locations I've visited have been top notch or close to it. I probably come to this one the most and I've had perfect service almost every time. I also am VERY PLEASED they offer Gluten free Buns!! They have been out for a while but its not expressed enough. We can enjoy a sandwich without removing the "bread". Thank you for maintaining what you stand for..

Had our first awful experience with this location yesterday. We've never had an issue with my food allergy (which I notated to the cashier, who ended up being the person preparing my food) until yesterday. First, I observed him slice open my bun with the same knife and on the same cutting board as the other breads. Usually, it's prepared on a separate surface. After calling the guy out about him using the same knife, he asked if I would prefer another bun, to which I replied yes. I then left to wait in the car, because he was clearly not concerned about safety with my food. My husband then observed him use the same gloves to touch my sandwich as were used to touch his sandwich (which was not gluten free) and several other sandwiches. My sandwich was also prepared hot, and I asked for it cold. My husband's sandwich smelled like the meat had sat out too long and had gone bad. The entire meal was thrown in the trash. Service line to call and talk to a manager was disconnected. Will never be back. Allergies are no joke, and this chain, who has a specific allergen protocol, has never let us down until yesterday, but my life is not worth risking, and we'll never be back.
