everything was super freshly made- you can see the gal making things fresh behind the counter. i am gluten free & was excited to have some GF pancakes. our food was great.
my chai tea was not great, but i love a spicy chai! saw some concerning reviews about anti LGBT, the cafe itself didn’t give off those vibes. the space itself was fine, and cute.
We ordered the sweet n sour pork, the five flavor shrimp, and the gluten free orange chicken. The whole meal was delicious. The crab puffs and spring rolls were delicious. Sweet n sour soup was amazing. Will definitely be back.
The best burger in town. Gluten free bun is delicious as well. The fries with bleu cheese and garlic are TO DIE FOR. Love this place. Always worth the wait. I feel great after eating, even when I eat too much, because the ingredients are fresh and not processed.
So I normally love this place and I always love the people and service but tonight (12-16) the pizza was way over cooked the dough was over worked way chewy liked the gluten was way over developed, I didn’t enjoy my pizza at all. Sad face because I made a special trip out to Gresham just to get this pizza, such a let down. Oh well. What I did like about my food the potatoes were amazing!
Our server was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. I especially loved all of the gluten free options! All 6 of us, including our 18 month old nephew, really enjoyed everything that we got. We will definitely be back!
Closest restaurant to our house and the owners are so nice. We love coming here and LOVE the veggie combination. We just moved to the area and feel so welcomes because of this place.
Note: my wife and I both have celiac and this is one of the best gluten free restaurants.
We called head because we wanted a place to celebrate my 75th birthday that had karaoke & had gluten free options & our teens could come. We were a party of 22 and several of us wanted to sing however when I asked if they had a book of selections to choose from I was told
"we don't cut down trees anymore".
I sang two songs from a CD I had heard at home earlier, but nobody else sang because we didn't have any choices to select from. I had to pick something I was familiar with. Very disappointing, I won't go there again. Made my 75th birthday celebration much less than it could have been. Also it's nice that they make each dish individual but the person organizing this event was the 6th person to order and even though they were asked three to four times about her meal everybody in the party (22) were served and still she did not get hers. They finally realized there was a similar order prior to hers so they made the assumption they had already made it. I wonder if 2 people order a hamburger does only one of them get it? You would think in that three or four times we inquired about her meal not coming that someone would have looked further. They comped her meal but still she had to take it to go and didn't get to eat with the rest of us. They get a zero on that one. This was not the kind of birthday celebration I was hoping for. I even had on a birthday girl banner on and I was not acknowledged. The DJ finally said
"oh, are you the one that called ?"..
There was one table of karaoke singers that were clearly regulars and they appeared to be catered to. Huge disappointment we won't return.
The food is excellent and they offer a wide selection of gluten-free and dairy-free options. The service is outstanding. However, the upstairs bar area can get quite noisy.
Gluten free pies for less then $20. They also have slices!! I think they're the only slices in Gresham, that I know of anyway... Don't know about gf slices though..
The food here is really GOOD!! They’re also really accommodating with me being gluten free! We ordered the orange chicken, vegetable fried rice and egg flower soup! I’ve been here a couple of times and the food has always been really great! Everybody working is really kind as-well! I would really recommend checking this place out when you’re in downtown Gresham!
Absolutely pleased with the professionalism of my lovely server, the kind demeanor of additional staff, and the willingness to partake in monitoring silly high school shenanigans unfolding during our meal. Kudos to your incredibly thoughtful employees. And thank you for helping my husband through his gluten free issues.
I'm celiac. I ordered the cobb salad not realizing that it came with a big piece of Texas toast on the plate. From the instant it hit the table and I said, "Oh no!" that young blonde waitress (I wish I remembered her name) had a fire under her to make it right for me. She went straight to the kitchen to make sure they used all dedicated gluten free surfaces. Absolute legend. After all the trouble (which was completely my fault, BTW) it was honestly the best cobb salad I've ever had.
A little neighborhood gem that I wish I'd tried sooner.
Been looking for a local place better than Starbucks for months, and finally found this place. The women there are always so sweet, the sweets are delicious, they have gluten free muffins, and my drink is made the same every single time. If there’s a line it moves quickly, and leaving the lot is easy no matter which way you’re headed. I come here just about every morning!
Boccelli's has incredible food! There are sooooooo many gluten-free options, and those in our partythat don't need gluten-free options loved their food too!!!
I visited after going to the nearby DEQ station and needed some lunch before running other errands. The hostess was in good humor, seated me promptly. The server was also in good humor, answered my questions and intuited that I'm on a restricted diet. He offered me a gluten free menu. After bringing my meal, he was not intrusive, but walked past me several times to be available should I need anything, which I really appreciated. It was a good dining experience.
Consistent, friendly, professional, and good food! This place has such a hometown feel and is a local hotspot. My family likes to come here for a burger and salad. Their food is good! And it always seems fresh. I was expecting bar food but was pleasantly delighted when I got my order. Although I don't really drink anymore, it appears their bar is favorable amongst the locals. They have many tvs to watch the game as well. (They were able to accommodate gluten free!)
Shared a great meal with another family. Food was good and manager was funny. This is our go to restaurant when we dine out. Love the gluten free buns!
This is our favorite Chinese food place in PDX. Flavorful meals and friendly owners. They have a gluten-free soy sauce option, vegan/vegetarian options, and we highly recommend adding the garlic butter to your rice dishes! 🍚 🤤
The younger man who waited on us was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was great! Pretty much everything (including Tempura and Chicken Wings) was gluten free.
The lady at the front counter was kind, patient and empathetic as I asked questions about their cross-contamination prevention and was honest about when certain food items couldn't be made gluten free.
The sandwich I ordered on gluten free bread was delicious and well balanced, and well worth the price. The veggie soup was delicious and the sliced fruit were satiating.
