I have celiac disease and hardly eat out because of cross- contamination and the fact that most people don’t understand the disease. I mentioned my concerns to the waitress. The manager came out and asked all the right questions. He reassured me that he has other customers who can’t eat gluten as well. He was very informed on what may be inside their sauces, including shrimp paste in case I had a sea food allergy. He assured me they would wash the pan before they made my food and they would be no cross-contamination. I had no negative effects at all. I really felt like they care about their customers. On top of that, the food was DELICIOUS! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our food. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were large. We loved the presentation of the food too. The bathroom was very clean which tells me that the kitchen is as well. We can’t wait to go back! My only tiny critique was that I didn’t see a need for the television to be on and maybe the lights could be a bit more dim. It was very comfortable however. They had plenty of cushions if you needed them to prop yourself up to the table. A fantastic experience! Try them today!

They do not have gluten free cheesesteaks. I Just called to confirm it. You can get the meat and cheese to use your own roll at home. I have done that many times. They do have a decent gluten free cheese pizza. Our family loves Thunderbird but I am looking for a place to get a gluten free cheesesteak with a gluten free roll and this is not the place although google led me to believe it was.

I usually stick to the basics when I eat here—scrambled eggs, bacon, and home fires. However, this time I tried the avocado toast and it was delicious—generous mound of avocado, chives, lemon, and a sprinkling of Mason salt. I subbed out the basted eggs for hard side ups on gluten free toast and it was perfection. I also got the kale tonic which was quite refreshing and never disappoints. Special shout out to the wait staff too!
