Great food and it's wonderful that they have so many gluten-free options. My wife lives the gluten-free general tsao amd the gluten-free Mongolian beef. They even do gluten-free sushi with gluten-free soy sauce.
Thrive Tribe Cafe was such a refreshing end to the week. The servers were helpful in explaining the menu to two folks that are vegan friendly but certainly not vegan experienced. We ordered a latte and a hot coffee - both with oat milk, and didn’t miss the dairy one bit. Our breakfast arepa and savory crepe were flavorful and again, didn’t miss the animal product at all. We wouldn’t have known our food was vegan unless we had been told. And it was gluten free. Boy entirely sure how it was possible to make food this tasty and satisfying and check so many earth and body friendly boxes. The cherry on top was the relaxed and positive atmosphere. Thanks guys - you’ll see us again!!

This place is amazing. I highly recommend you check it out. The food is all plant based which is nice, but to think of it purely in those terms misses the point. Everything I've had here is delicious, satisfying and perfectly prepared. I especially recommend the chickpea tuna wrap. For my taste buds it's even better than an actual tuna wrap. The lightly toasted gluten free wrap (optional) is a perfect finishing touch.
The vibe is warm and welcoming and management/ownership clearly care about service and atmosphere just as much as the food. Plant City Barrington is the best,

The service was great. It is a family business and mother/son ran truck. They are friendly and fast. I had the beef and chicken taco. Ingredients were fresh and they use double corn tortillas like for authenticity. Food was ready before payment was made.
The atmosphere was great!! Truck was located at Independence Park for the concerts and should be there through the entirety of the Fourth of July festivities. Food, music, people and ocean views made a perfect location to enjoy this truck.
Truck is very clean and sanitary. Workers are very clean and sanitary. Can’t wait to go back to try other items.
