SO IMPRESSED with food allergy options! They have dairy free gluten free pastries, breads, and other food options. There is a separate menu and kitchen for these items and the staff was very knowledgeable about what is safe to eat.
Went here based on idea that items would be labeled Gluten free. Menu is labeled but no dedicated fryer so some things are labeled and not celiac friendly. For example the pork nachos are labeled GF but the waiter came back to tell us the chips are fried in a non-dedicated fryer. They should not label items that are not guaranteed GF. Did have GF bun for burger. Burger was good. Service was not.
Special place in SD. I was so happy to find this type of cuisine on a tough trip. Being celiac, I felt safe from gluten and LOVED the meal, even though some items unavailable. Will be back anytime im in the area.
