If I could give this place one star I definitely will! Awful experience! I found this place on a Gluten Free App. I asked the server some questions about how the food is prepared in the kitchen (to avoid cross contamination) and all she kept saying was “I think..” I asked for the chef so I can order the safer item in the menu and after 5 minutes the server came back saying that the chef is “busy”. Mind you, the place was EMPTY! I got up and left. Will not recommend this place to anyone! Very unprofessional young lady and staff!

I’m a student at NCTC in Flower Mound and my class in the MSU campus. I’m always open to try different places and the food. I went the first time after a doctors appointment and had their buttermilk pancakes and they surely did not disappoint plus the service was amazing. The last two times I’ve been I had again their pancakes because their so good along with their orange juice. My last time was last week I went to try a different food on the menu and decided to go for their hamburger and French fries they where so good super filling and again the service was amazing. I totally recommend they also have other options if your vegetarian or gluten free.

I was going to make a reservation a few months ago and I asked about what their protocol was on how they cook their gluten-free pasta… they mentioned that they cook gluten-free pasta in the same water that was used for pasta containing gluten! That is not safe for a person with Celiac!

My colleagues have been recommending this place to me for a while now, but I was holding off due to not seeing a gluten free bun option on the menu since I am celiac and have to eat gluten free, but decided to go in one day and ask if they had gluten free buns available. And to my surprise, they did, honestly it was one of the best buns I've had in a long time, and the burger was absolutely fantastic. The only two things that could make it better are that prices are pretty high (but you are getting good food while supporting a local business) and also this may be kind of picky but both of the tv's were broken and need to be replaced, but overall I give it a five stars and will for sure be back soon.

I was recently asked to join a friend at this little hidden gem. I had never even heard of it because I just don't drive in that direction often but I live extremely close.
We arrived and we were greeted warmly and quickly. We ordered lunch orders from their menu and explained our food allergies to make sure we didn't get anything with gluten.
The food came out and was heavenly. I've eaten similar food all around the world and this tastes pretty authentic. The flavor was really delicious and I was only let down by the quantity of food in the lunch portion but I am someone who eats a lot of protein as an athlete.
Now that I know this place is here, I am looking forward to going back and will order the dinner portion this time. A++
