I had a terrible experience. I have celiac disease which is autoimmune disease where antibodies attack your own tissues when exposed to gluten and makes you extremely ill. They offer gluten free options here so I was excited to actually get to eat out somewhere. I asked if they could use tin foil under my bread in the oven and they said no they didn't have any but they would clean it….wasn’t super comfortable but some of the other reviews on GF app said they didn’t get sick after eating here so I said ok. Then I see the guy making the sandwich drag it across the main sandwich board where all the gluten bread touches. After he drags it across the main station he pulls out tin foil and puts the bread on it and carries it to the oven (guess they do have tin foil)….when he walked by I asked if it was the GF one and he said yea, so I told him it touched the main bread area he basically rolled his eyes at me and went back to remake it. The whole time he and the coffee girl are clearly talking about it. He started making other sandwiches then went back to get mine and did not change his gloves after touching gluten bread and grabbing the toppings to put onto the sandwich. It was clearly cross contaminated and he was so rude about remaking it the first time I just took it and my husband tried it who does not have celiac-He said it was disgusting and flavorless with an old egg patty. We thought the coffee sucked too. It wasn’t hot and overly sweet with nasty sugary pump flavoring. I would never return.
