I recently had the pleasure of dining at ReFresh Handcrafted Superfood Cafe, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! If you're looking for a place that not only serves delicious and nutritious food but also provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere, this is the spot for you. The menu at ReFresh is a health-conscious foodie's dream come true. AMAZING. I can’t get enough of this restaurant! My only complaint is that it isn’t open 24/7! It’s so hard for me to eat out being both gluten and dairy free and this place has been a blessing to come across. Plus they’re on door dash so my entire pregnancy when I was too tired to get up, I could have it delivered! I love how they make everything fresh to order which sometimes makes for a bit of a wait but the food that you get is ALWAYS worth some extra time. Plus it’s so cute and fun that their whole family from their young son to the teen daughter to the parents work together to provide the community with this phenomenal restaurant, they’re so kind! The decor is beautiful and comforting as well. If you’re lucky enough to make it there before they sell out of the muffins that the 11 year old son home-makes, DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY! GF baked goods are so rare to truly enjoy and every bite is heaven. Love love love this place!
