Not GF! We love Mod Pizza but this location was such a disappointment. Management needs to do better! We will not be back. My first impression was that the place was was not cared for. The floor was dirty. We wanted to sit outside but the outdoor seating was a mess. (The Long Bow location is so much nicer.) We needed a GF pizza and checked the website ahead of time to make sure GF was offered and it was. Beware, if you have an gluten allergy, you cannot eat here. We noticed that the same dipper and sauce was used for G and GF. Then we realized that the pizza goes onto the flour covered surface in the oven. Placing it on tin foil would recify that. The staff seemed annoyed and clarified that they are GFriendly, not GF. Overall a disappointing experience for our guests.

Gluten free friendly crust lightly sauced and sparingly topped with my selected ingredients. It was just okay.

We ordered a gluten friendly pizza and it came barely cooked. It tasted raw like cardboard. The cheese was melted but that’s it. It must not have been in the oven for very long.
