I’m gluten sensitive — the gluten free crust is my favorite that I’ve found so far! The texture and sweet flavor remind me of corn bread, I like that it’s more fluffy and soft than cauliflower crust (which is my favorite thin crust/cracker-like texture). I think there is corn dust on the bottom or something — either way, texture and flavor wise it’s delicious. It’s slightly sweet flavor pairs really well with pineapple and jalapeño toppings. I like getting bacon on it too…gluten free pizzas usually taste better with meat for the extra fat/flavor.
