We live close by and had been excited about their opening. However, that excitement was short-lived after our first visit. I noticed I was significantly overcharged and called in. I was told the manager, Nicole, wasn't there, but that she would call me back the next day. She didn't. I ended up calling her back a few days later. After going through my order with me, we realized I was charged an additional $12 for gluten crust, which the employee at the time did not disclose. I still don't understand how there was such a discrepancy because instead of trying to explain anything, she kept talking over me and repeating that it's what I ordered. I tried to explain that her employee didn't mention the significant price jump, when she hung up on me. It was not only unprofessional, but nothing got resolved. We will be taking our business to Blaze or MOD Pizza. Much better setting anyway.
