can’t believe i’ve been living in houston almost 20 years and i never even knew this place was there! as a person that doesn’t eat meat, this place is great! lots of options for gluten and dairy free, too.

A Moveable Feast is one of my favorite hidden gems in Houston. It’s part health food store, part café, and part magical little wellness nook—and every time I go, I find something I love. Their coconut macaroons are absolutely divine—chewy, not too sweet, and somehow feel indulgent and nourishing at the same time. I also picked up a Himalayan salt lamp here that I’m still obsessed with—it adds such a peaceful glow to my space and reminds me of the grounding, thoughtful energy of the store itself. Whether you’re browsing for supplements, clean snacks, or unique wellness finds, the staff is friendly, the vibes are relaxed, and the energy is always just right.
