When you have to eat gluten free like I do, Olive Garden has not been at the top of my list of go-to restaurants. The Olive Garden in Odessa has changed my mind! After ordering, the manager came to our table and assured me that he would personally follow my entree and deliver it to the table. And he did!!! He also made sure that the croutons were on the side for the rest of my party. The food and sangria were both delicious. I ate the GF rotini with meat sauce. It was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
