My absolutely favorite restaurant in Brighton. The vegetarian sharing platter contains a little of all their amazing traditional Ethiopian veggie dishes, some spicy, some not as spicy, on a 'tef' plate. Tef is a gluten free grain, or rather, a grass seed, ground up, fermented, and made into a sort steamed flat bread, used scoop up the food. Simple decor, unpretentious, good prices and great food. Highly recommended!
