Noodles and Company

I’ve never eaten here before and decided to try it because they have gluten free options for my kids. While that is really cool, I’m not super impressed with their cleanliness. The soda fountain was covered in sticky soda all over the front, the utensil area had trash, spilled salt and a tea lid covering it. We were the only people in the restaurant and the team was just standing there. You’d think they could be doing a lobby sweep and cleaning. Also, when I called to confirm they had the gluten free options, whoever answered the phone was less than pleasant. Just a quick monotone “yes” and when I responded with a “thank you” I didn't hear any response like “you’re welcome” which is basic courteous response when working in the service industry. I, myself run a smaller restaurant similar to this and I’d never let my store look this messy/gross. The food was meh. The Wisconsin Mac was pretty salty.

The Wisconsin Mac n Cheese is ✨amazing✨. They also have so many options to make meals vegetarian, gluten free, etc. Decent prices too.
