Aladdin's Eatery Middleburg Heights

I have been to this Aladdin’s many times but my most recent experience was with an online order. We placed an order using the website and I went to pick it up, and upon returning home I discovered that the pint of Len-Chili soup I ordered had chicken in it. After double checking our order receipt to be sure we ordered it without any chicken, I called the store to request a refund. They were quick to get the manager on the phone and she was happy to issue a refund. I then decided to mention that I was pretty bummed, because I am vegan and this was my first dinner after a 5 day fast and I was so excited for this soup. It isn’t in my nature to have shared all that, but I felt compelled to share that even though this order item was wrong, it wasn’t going to be eaten and I didn’t want to drive back to the store to pick up a replacement. The manager I was speaking to, Kelly, insisted that she would drive over a new soup to me, without chicken. I told her it wasn’t necessary, I just wanted her to know. She was persistent and because I really was looking forward to that soup, I agreed. She showed up shortly after with a full quart of Len-Chili (no chicken) and it was AMAZING. I am a long time patron of all the Aladdin’s restaurants, but this service from the Middleburg Heights location was truly ABOVE and BEYOND. I am grateful for the amazing food, the variety of vegan and gluten free options, and the incredible team of people working at Aladdin’s to ensure that everyone has an incredible experience. Great food, with take out option. Lots of gluten free & vegetarian options.
