Excellent restaurant, beautiful oceanfront location, friendly staff, gluten-free options. Everything was excellent, with a special mention for the salmon on pica pica! I'll be back!

From more to less. We had been before because they offer gluten-free options (fairly controlled). This last time, the service was already terrible from the start. A guy with a black headband tried to avoid seating us at a table, claiming they were overwhelmed—several tables were visibly empty. Finally, a colleague greeted us kindly. It took approximately an hour to serve the food—serving other diners who arrived later, which denotes a lack of management. At no point did they show attention; when we needed something, we had to proactively approach the staff. The bad atmosphere between them was evident. The guy who mentioned it had a heated argument with one of the colleagues, who ended up in tears—in front of the customers. She continued serving us with tears in her eyes. Finally, the food was of very low quality. The potatoes were frozen, the tacos were filled with lettuce that looked like plastic, and the "seafood" paella was so bland I'd never tasted anything so tasteless. It was boiled rice with tomato and onion... In short, how the choice of a restaurant can influence and ultimately worsen your day. We won't be back (given what we've seen, they don't seem to care about opinions either). It's a shame that, given its prime location and the certainty that tourists will continue to consume, they let the number of bad reviews allude to the poor experience they provide slide.

My family and I have eaten at Amanit and we loved it. The treatment and Excellent service, very good food. We have tried the tall ones, the octopus, the patatas bravas, the duck rice and some tacos, all very good. The best thing is the care they take in everything for celiacs. Perfect. Thank you, we will return
