We had an excellent dinner with great quality food, very good service by Bhelvin and in a lovely atmosphere. I am coeliac and need to eat gluten and I felt very comfortable at Americana.

Not sure how this has such a high star rating because our experience tonight was below adequate. The service was slow (our server disappeared for a while we had to out our order in with I think the manager) and it wasn’t that busy. They offer a few gluten free options so I was excited to have something fun to eat. I ordered the Barbecued Burnt End Flatbread Starter which had “GFA” next to it. I assumed it would be a GF flatbread of some sort - instead it was a small cup of tortilla chips with a small cup of brisket pieces! Server not once explained that’s how it would come. My husband’s Gascony Ribs were fatty. Being from the US we thought we may enjoy this place. Not impressed. Sorry we spent both the time and money.
