Happened upon this restaurant when I was at a nearby Starbucks. As a celiac I went in to see if they had gluten free pizza dough. They do so I went back with my son for a late lunch the next day. He had a regular Paulie’s Pie with meatballs, Italian sausage, hot peppers and ricotta. He thought it was outstanding. I had gluten free traditional with Italian sausage and mushrooms. So good! They’re baked in a 900 degree coal fired pizza oven so crust is blackened on the edges. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce on both. We also had friendly service. Highly recommend! I give 5 stars plus!
