This restaurant should train its employees if they are going to list themselves as having gluten free options. They have one item only, an English muffin and when I ordered eggs Benedict I got a regular muffin. Instead of asking if I wanted the order remade since the muffin came in contact with my food they just brought out the gf muffin and comped it. Thankfully I avoid gluten and did not have a reaction but someone with celiacs could have gotten sick.

Archie’s was cute and quaint! Service was attentive but not overbearing. We enjoyed our food - we ordered: the short rib eggs benedict (a big hit) & the avocado toast (with poached eggs) on a gluten free engljsh muffin. The latter was at an up charge for the GF english muffin (which is typical in the industry); however, the english muffin did not appear toasted and the texture somewhat took away from the dish. As this was at my request to change, I understand it’s not the norm for the dish. Next time we are in TC, we would gladly visit again to try lunch.

Great atmosphere. We had the buscuits and gravy and salmon Benedict. I was really excited they had gluten free English muffins and they were pretty good. The dirty chai tea latte was so good I got another one for the road. Kind of a bummer they charge $1.00 more for oat milk. Our server Kaitlyn was quick, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely come back next time we’re in the area.
