The food was amazing and somewhat unusual compared to most Ethiopian places I’ve eaten at around the country. The ingredients seemed to be high quality and the flavors were really amazing.
The atmosphere is great, and unfortunately my wife and I misjudged this place to be more family oriented (based on the name and it being an Ethiopian restaurant) and brought our toddler. The restaurant is small and oriented towards a date atmosphere, and not very appropriate for a little one.
The staff was still great and we were able to get seated, eat, and get out without causing too much of a stir.
The veggie plate is amazing in itself, and the option for gluten free injeera was great. Call ahead if you need GF though, as they don’t always have it.
