Stumbled upon Baked in Elwood by chance and I've driven 20mins just to get their pizza since. Their gluten free base is quite possibly one of the best I've had in Melbourne. Nice, light and cooked to perfection (definitely not soggy). The service has been amazing on both occasions. I'll definitely be working my way through the menu 😍
