Bakkerij De Anti Gluut

We bought our wedding cake from Bakkerij De Anti Gluut, as well as some donuts and cupcakes for the day - I would've ordered even more if I could have justified it! Our cake was vanilla and lemon/lemon curd, and vanilla and strawberry jam. The donuts were vanilla and cinnamon with a vanilla glaze. The dairy-free cupcakes were also vanilla with a vanilla glaze. Everything was absolutely delicious and looked and tasted exactly as requested! Communication with Manuela was great throughout, and delivery was early on the day, so there was no stress or worry. I'm so happy that even with coeliac disease I was able to have an incredibly tasty wedding cake and treats! 100% recommend! Thank you, again, Manuela!

The gluten-free products (filled gingerbread, donuts, waffles) are very tasty, not dry at all. Even after being in the mail for 4 days, the products did not dry at all. Never had such good gluten-free products that did not become dry after being stored out of the freezer for a while.
