After waiting 30+ minutes for our order, the store decides to call and say they do not have the gluten free crust that was on their website. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to figure it out (on trying to get a refund) Crazy that it took someone 30+ min to realize they didn't have a menu item and instead of offering to make it right or even a coupon, I had to call and sit on hold with another company to try to just get my money back.
