Blacksmiths Arms

We had a wonderful stay at this adults-only campsite. It was very quiet and peaceful, and the only slight drawback was that there was only one shower each for men and women, but for the price, it was more than acceptable. The pub on the site was a delightful place to dine, and we had two meals there. We would recommend booking in advance, as the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The Sunday roast was particularly noteworthy. All in all, it was a great stay.

We recently stayed at this spot on a daring bikepacking trip through the Forest of Dean. It was a decent site with no frills, but everything was clean and tidy - perfect for us. The real highlight, though, was the food at the pub - an excellent evening meal and an incredible breakfast the next morning. All the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Thanks!

We simply adore visiting the blacksmith! The food is always scrumptious and the chef is simply marvellous - they always go the extra mile to make sure our needs are met. Sunday dinners here are the bee's knees! Even our picky five-year-old gobbles up every bite. The staff are so friendly and accommodating - we look forward to our visits every week!
