This is a must stop location when passing through Dillard, GA! Restaurant relocated from Highlands, GA and brought the high end quality with it. I had a brisket sandwich on a GF UDI bun with house made potato chips. Bread and butter pickles, pickled onions, and more are available. They have around 10 sauces to choose from and after trying them all, the Georgia Peach BBQ sauce was the winner for flavor. The unique peach flavor fit perfectly with the smoked brisket for a small town unique flavor. Service was fast and my visit was on their second day at this new location. They do sell smoked meats by the pound, so if passing by on vacation and want an easy meal, this is the place to get a crowd pleaser to bring along. I must eat Gluten Free and was concerned about eating here. The staff put me at ease and for a to e that is Celiac or gluten intolerant, only a couple of side items contain gluten. I can’t say enough about this restaurant! When I am in town, this is one of my new favorites!
