I'm going to error on the side of caution and review my initial purchase today. I'm awaiting my next visit but may not review again. It's called tooth when texurely your chew is hendered by crust resistances gluten strength is key to good bread. Their pizza's edge is remarkable with various levels of crust chew from outer to filling ladened center. I've been in the food business my entire life and have always gravitated towards good food and memorable eating experiences. I engaged the chef asking him to clarify a few comments I read on their customer reveiw section to which he answered with sound replies to my questions. I now setting my sights on expanding my menu knowledge with their other delights. Today I'd was a 10" cheese pizza for five dollars. ★★★★★
