The cauliflower pizza is great. All of the other food is good too but when I switched to gluten free, Bruno’s became a go-to.

We needed some pizzas and salad for a birthday party and the birthday girl had specifically requested Bruno's. Due to my lack of planning, I went in the day before the event and Courtney (sp?) helped me in the to go section. She made recommendations on pizza sizes for our crowd that turned out to be spot on. I love that there are two types of gluten-free crusts available: cauliflower and a gluten-free version. I personally love the cauliflower as it is thin and crispy with a delicious flavor, but I was able to try the gluten-free this time and it was great too! Thank y'all so much for offering this to your patrons. Believe me, when you have a gluten-free member of your household, it is a blessing to find a restaurant who offers options. Bruno's is always a treat and this was no exception. Thank you for making a birthday party extra special this year!
