A great find for gluten free food at DAL! They will change gloves, use separate utensils, and have gf available options marked on the menu. They told me without asking that the fries are made in a shared fryer. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and a manager delivered my meal, confirming they took cross contact precautions. While not the best food ever or anything, it was a great meal and I was super relieved to find a safe option before my flight! The staff were very attentive with drink refills, too.

We couldn't have been more pleased to find a Cantina Laredo in the airport. It was one of our favorite restaurants before the one in the mall by our church closed. I have Celiac Disease and needed a gluten free lunch, Cantina Laredo delivered. We enjoyed chips and queso and tacos. Great lunch, fast service AND a place to plug in your phone or laptop right at the table. We charged our phones while we ate.
