I tried Captain’s Oven Pizza for the first time and went with their gluten-free pizza with vegan cheese. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect because gluten-free crusts can sometimes be dry or too chewy, but this one was actually really good. It had a nice texture crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and it didn’t fall apart like some gluten-free pizzas do. The vegan cheese was a pleasant surprise too! It melted well and had a nice taste without that weird artificial flavor some dairy free cheeses have. The toppings were fresh, and they didn’t overload the pizza, so everything felt well-balanced instead of heavy. Overall, I really enjoyed it! It’s not always easy to find a good gluten-free and dairy-free pizza, but Captain’s Oven Pizza did a great job and is my go to spot.

We ordering a large number of pizzas for a family party and not only was the process a smooth one, the team at Captains Oven even helped my husband load up the car with all the pizzas. The pizzas were delicious - a huge hit with our family. And our Gluten Free friends even said it was one of the best GF pizzas they'd had in Vancouver! Thank you to the whole team - you were fantastic!
