Food is as good as mexican food can get!
Birria is buttery smooth, and the Wagyu tacos are insane.
On top of that, the service is incredible, lovely people who truly care about creating a great experience for the customer.
We had a celiac person who couldn't eat the Guacamole because they use the same frier to fry gluten stuff. Without asking they went out of their way to fry some corn nachos, especially for her, and brought another Guac on the house!
With the abundance of Mexican restaurants in the area, Carbon really stands out!
