I live right down the road from Carlos and get from them once a week or once every two weeks. I only get their cauliflower pizza because I don’t eat gluten much at all. It is by far the best I have had from any pizzeria/restaurant. If you don’t got an allergy tell em to throw it on the stone. Gets it crispier.
