CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar (The Galleria - Edina)

The ambiance, the decor, the staff, all greet you upon arrival. When you are going to be sat the host preemptively asks if you require a special menu, which as a gluten free vegan was awesome! I also required special seating for our party due to a wheelchair and they didn’t even hesitate to accommodate us. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol but doesn’t like to be left out with just lemonade as a drink option, I was pleasantly impressed with their nonalcoholic drink menu. I ordered the prohibition one and really enjoyed it. Crave has always impressed me with their inclusion of vegetarian offerings but the beet and quinoa vegan salad was amazing! Everyone was so pleased with their meals. We ended with a fun sparkling dessert for the birthday lady!

Excellent menu and great service! Great gluten free experience!

The food was so good I forgot to take a picture 😂. One of the only places I've seen that has the gluten free and vegan menus all together with the regular one. It made me feel like a normal person ordering food.
