I know this new Chick-fil-A has been working hard to get things straight since they just opened their store. I went there today, and they did not have the gluten-free buns available. Cam, one of the managers, was so kind in relaying the news to me. He asked what would I like instead, and I went for the grilled nuggets because I’m gluten-free. He was so kind and insisted that they comp my meal because of the hassle. I told him not to worry about it, but he said part of Chick-fil-A is making sure that our visits are a delight! I just love the customer service at Chick-fil-A! They always want to make it right.
