I needed Gluten Free for my Grandson. I asked the server to change her gloves for gluten free. She removed her gloves scrubbed her hands and arms thoroughly then put on fresh gloves. She then fulfilled the order completely herself. She change used fresh spoons and different containers of corn and other add ons. I was Extremely impressed with the accommodations that she went through to make sure my Grandson’s food was safe for him to eat.
